Post study work
The Third Level Graduate Scheme is created to allow the foreign graduates who are from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who obtained a primary, masters or doctorate degree from an Irish third level educational institution to remain in Ireland for a period of six months to two years. The purpose of the permission is to remain there to seek employment and gain a Green Card or Work Permit.
Part time job
The outside the European Economic Area must study for full time and they are allowed to work 20 hours per week during the course study and 40 hours per week during vacation.
Post study visa
One of the major advantage of studying is Ireland is the post study visa. It is actually useful for students who wish to work in Ireland after completing their master’s program. The students will get a stay back option for 2 years after the one year master’s course and a stay back of 1 year after the completion of bachelors program. This makes the students easy to find a job after their graduation. Once the student gets employment, the student is eligible to apply for green card or work permit. The international student also has a chance to get indefinite right to stay which is the permanent residency.
